What We Collect
When you join our waitlist or place an order we collect:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Zip code
- Delivery address (for delivery orders)
- Flavor preferences and order history
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe -- we never see or store your card details)
- How you heard about us
How We Use It
We use your information to:
- Process and fulfill your orders
- Send order confirmations and delivery updates
- Notify you about our launch, new flavors, and weekly drawings
- Apply referral credits and store credits to your account
- Improve our products based on what people order most
- Contact you if there's an issue with your order
What We Don't Do
We don't sell your information to anyone. Ever.
We don't share your information with third parties except as needed to process payments (Stripe) and send communications (GoHighLevel CRM).
We don't use your information for anything other than running Gram's Pies.
Email and SMS Communications
By joining our waitlist or placing an order you agree to receive transactional messages (order confirmations, delivery updates) and occasional marketing communications (new flavors, weekly drawing results, launch announcements).
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or clicking unsubscribe in any email. Transactional messages related to active orders cannot be opted out of while an order is pending.
Data Storage and Security
Your information is stored securely in our customer management system (GoHighLevel). Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant. We do not store payment card details.
Your Rights -- Colorado Privacy Act (CPA)
As a Colorado resident you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Delete your personal data
- Opt out of any data processing for targeted advertising (we don't do this, but you have the right)

Cookies
Our website uses basic cookies for functionality and analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use our site. We don't use cookies for advertising or tracking across other websites.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information please contact us immediately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. We'll notify active customers of significant changes via email. The effective date at the top always reflects the most recent version.
