Who We Are
Gram's Pies is a brand of Grandma Alberta's Pies LLC, a Colorado limited liability company based in Lone Tree, Colorado. We make small-batch cheesecake pies from Grandma Alberta's original Cape Cod recipes, baked to order in a licensed commercial kitchen.
Orders and Payment
All orders require full payment at the time of ordering. We don't hold slots without payment — your order isn't confirmed until we receive it. We accept payment via Stripe, Venmo, and Zelle.
We bake to order. This means every pie is made specifically for you after payment is received. Please allow a minimum of 3 days from payment to delivery or pickup.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancel 48+ hours before scheduled delivery or pickup: Full refund, no questions asked.
- Cancel less than 48 hours before scheduled delivery or pickup: Store credit equal to your order value, valid for 12 months. No cash refund because your pie is already made or in production.
- Wrong flavor or defective product: Your choice — full refund or replacement pie. Just reach out within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Change of mind after receiving your order: We're not able to offer refunds for change of mind once the pie has been delivered or picked up.
Delivery
We deliver to the following zones. Delivery fees are per order, not per pie.

Once your order leaves our hands for delivery, it is your responsibility. We take care to package pies securely but we are not responsible for damage that occurs after handoff.
Allergens
Important allergen information: All Gram's Pies products are made in a licensed commercial kitchen that also handles milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Even pies that do not list these as primary ingredients may have been produced in the same environment. If you have a severe food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss whether our products are appropriate for you.
Referral Program
Every customer receives a unique referral code. When a friend uses your code on their first order they receive $5 off. You receive $5 store credit applied to your next order. Store credits have no cash value and expire after 12 months of account inactivity. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time with reasonable notice.
Store Credits
Store credits are issued for eligible cancellations and referrals. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire 12 months from the date of issue. Credits are applied automatically at checkout or manually by our team.
Product Availability
All orders are subject to ingredient availability and production capacity. In the rare event we cannot fulfill your order we will contact you immediately and offer a full refund or alternative date.
Food Safety
All Gram's Pies products are produced in a licensed commercial kitchen registered with Douglas County, Colorado. We carry general liability insurance. Our products contain a bioengineered food ingredient.
Our pies require refrigeration. Please refrigerate upon receipt and consume within 5 days. Pies may be frozen for up to 3 months — thaw overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
Limitation of Liability
Grandma Alberta's Pies LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or consumption of our products beyond the value of your original order. Our maximum liability to any customer is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. When we do we'll update the effective date at the top. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved in Douglas County, Colorado.
